We all know how important quality is; for our customers, our organisation and for ourselves personally. You can tell by the sheer volume of material available online, just how important a concept it is. There’s literally thousands of documents on the importance of improving quality for business survival.
We’re speaking all the time with our customers and it appears that there is somewhat of a gap in helping colleagues understand what quality is, get an overview of some of the tools and really get to grips with ‘how’ to actually go about improving quality.
